DOCUMENTATION

The Suitcase Project was an exhibition held in various venues in Philadelphia the summer and fall of 2005. Sculptors competed for an opportunity to transform a simple valise into a sculptural object referencing one of our founding fathers, Ben Franklin, commemorating his 300th birthday.
Installing my piece in Philadelphia City Hall on August 25 through November.

In November, 2006 at a final auction held at Wexler Gallery in Olde City, my suitcase was purchased by a collector of Franklin memorabilia. As part of the regional Franklin celebration, his collection was exhibited in the galleries of Franklin and Marshall University in Lancaster, PA.
